Enjoy being amongst the rolling green hills with water views from the front northeast facing deck. Downstairs the northwest outdoor deck has a 10 seater table and chairs and access to the large back yard with sheep and llama over the back fence. Upstairs the northwest deck also has a 10 seater table and chairs, and the BBQ - great area for entertaining, including the open plan living area with a galley kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso Pod Machine, Drip Coffee Percolator, Electric Oven and Gas Cooktop.
